Refund Policy

At Sulanie Consulting, we take pride in offering high-quality, personalized career services designed to help you stand out professionally. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have the following refund policy in place:

No Refunds on Delivered Services

Once a service has been delivered — whether it's a CV, cover letter, LinkedIn optimization, or any other deliverable — no refunds will be issued. This is because each service is tailored specifically to your personal background, goals, and career needs.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you decide to cancel your service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund. An admin and consultation fee may be deducted if any preparation or initial work has already taken place.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your final product. That’s why all our packages include at least one round of revisions (more for higher-tier packages). If something doesn’t feel right, we encourage you to make use of your revision round(s) to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

Missed Appointments or Consultations

Missed consultations or late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, depending on the circumstances. We value your time and ours — please notify us promptly if you need to reschedule.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered or downloaded.
